Pellet mill spare parts are usually confirmed by model, installation size, hole diameter, compression ratio and working condition. Photos or dimensions are helpful for ring dies, rollers, bearings and seals.

Different raw materials require different forming pressure and die hole design. Ring dies can be customized according to machine model, material characteristics and pellet specification.

Hard or contaminated materials may accelerate wear. Check roller teeth, die hole wear, bearing temperature and machine vibration regularly.

For continuous production, common spare parts include ring dies, roller shells, bearings, oil seals, spacers, flanges and lubrication parts.
